What shipping options do you offer?
We currently ship within the continental USA. Shipping timeline depends on your address, timing of your order, and inventory.
All shipments are processed during our regular business times. You may choose between Standard shipping, and Express shipping.
Standard shipping: All orders placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders are delivered Monday-Saturday to residential and commercial addresses. All standard shipping is $10
Orders placed after 12PM EST Monday-Thursday will be packaged for delivery the next day. Orders placed after 4PM EST on Fridays will be delivered by Tuesday.
Express shipping: All orders placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday will be delivered within 1-3 business days as they will be packaged the same day. All Express shipping is $40.

You will be notified via email with updates and live tracking information. We deliver to all states within the United States, including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.
What is your return and exchanges policy?
We believe in the quality of all our items. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, you can return it within 5 business days for a full refund or replacement. Items must not be worn and in its original condition, with all tags attached, to receive a refund or an exchange. We do not pay for return shipping costs. How should I care for my Max Koya garment?
Please review the instructions listed on the tag of your purchase for instructions on how to care for specific garments. We encourage you to review the Product Care and History page for additional information. The traditional Aso Oke and many Ankara fabrics are made to be worn several times prior to cleaning. We recommend caring for the Aso Oke fabrics the same way you’d treat your everyday pair of jeans. When washing, we recommend dry cleaning or using cold water to hand wash in lieu of hot or warm water. This will extend the wear of your garment. To rid the garment of any wrinkles, steaming or ironing your garment while it is turned inside out on medium heat is ideal.
How do I determine my size?

Do you currently have a physical boutique?
Currently, all products are available via our online site. We’ve opted for this business model so we can continue to deliver quality products at reasonable prices.
Is Max Koya a minority and woman owned business?
Yes, Max Koya is owned and operated by women. In addition, about 95 percent of our fabrics are made by women artisans in West Africa. All our employees are paid competitive rates for their work.
Do you offer individually tailor-made styles?
Yes, please contact our customer care team for additional information on tailor-made designs. Please note that these generally take a few weeks to complete, but what’s better than an outfit that fits you like a glove?
